I find it funny how you are all over Bush and the GOP but completely overlook the lies, deception, and traitorous acts Obama is currently making.

Obama could be Satan incarnate and a closet-conservative and could in no way do worse than Bush on his first term.

What Obama needs is to be forced to the hard left, fire all his moderate appointments, take-over ALL the financial institutions and energy conglomerates, nationalize the insurance industries and prosecute the remaining vestiges of the failure-ridden and criminally insane right-wing party that spearheaded this entire financial meltdown.

On your question, we're acting as citizens here...meaning in short that we're involved in the decision process as much is possible with forums set-up by the Fed to solicite opinion to Cabinet-level policy makers. There has been much input provided regarding who's making bad choices on fiscal rescue, health care, environment, and Treaty rights...and who's making the grade. So far, the negatives are piling-up on moderates appointed by Obama and lot's of energy is being used to make certain policy is harder on the systems that proved failure in the past. I don't expect a hard-right thinking person such as yourself would approve, but you lost the election...too bad. It's time to fix things now, not continue the mistakes of the past.

What does worry me is how so many of your winger pals are going postal and shooting-up the workplace and countless innocents on the behest of worrying about gun rights and taxes. Every single day a mass murder happens and the common bond between them seem to be maladjusted conservatives and an AK-47, all non-hunters but true-blue Bushies...like Ted Bundy. Much more of these clowns letting more blood and even I might lean towards gun control. There's process for redress of political concerns, it's just not the trigger and 100-round clips. If the people voted for Obama, let Obama rule. Next time maybe? Draft Newt or Palin or that buddy of Reagan's who took a .22 in the head.

What's going down now isn't any more socialist than Reagan's free riches for the rich policies. We need hard core socialism for a change, eat the rich and the Democrats of they get in the way.
 
I think it might be more practical to outlaw corporate lobbying of govt by bringing it back to an individual's right to lobby, on a take your ticket and move to the back of the line behind joe six-pack, who has that exact same right to equal accress and a totally non-discriminatory place in line, for free.

We the people outnumber corporate boards of directors by a huge factor.

Giving corps an individual's rights is at the very heart of our problems here in America in my opinion.

"Conservatives", and I use that term VERY loosely, only held Presidential office. Congress was liberally controlled for the last years, remember? The left is direcrtly responsible for the housing crisis. Clinton said everyone should own a home, then the left controled congress pushed and pushed for it....now look where we are! Guns dont kill people, people kill people. Both people who killed other people this weekend recently lost their jobs. One guy, an immigrant, killed 13 premeditated. It's the govt that's made it legal to outsource a whole class of american labor by dissolving our sovereign borders to benefit a small minority of corps.

What gives these corps/govt the right to deny a whole class of Americans their constitutional rights?

Oak where did you come up with that list? I have been looking for some time now for a verifiable list of ALL countries worldwide, that declare themselves socialsts. I cant find one. Technically we are a socialist country because we give aid to the elderly, poor, etc etc. What Obama/Clinton/Pelosi are trying to do is more of a Marxist movement, which IMO is worse.

And noone with nationalized health care likes it, takes your freedom of seeing who you want away. Our system currently sucks and needs to be revamped, but not for nationalized health care like in other countries....something similar to Canada would really be awful!

I thought Barney Frank and Chris Dodd were democrats. Afterall they are the ones pushed franny mae and franny mac to give all the sub prime loans that caused this finacial mess. Didn't Frank riducle the treasurey dept for wanting to increase regulations, saying that both companies are sound.

Isn't Frank, Dodd and Obama the 3 highest receipents of campain contributions from franny mae and franny mac? Obama even as a junior senator?????

Left Right Red Blue their all corrupt. I like how fired up people get over politics. For every 100 people that don't give a damn, there this one that will get heated up over it, that is awesome. Thats why I love this country. Just make sure you put the blame where it belongs. One party can't do it alone. THey are both to blame. Its going to take us the American people to pull us out of these messes. It always does. We can point fingers all day long or we can lace up our boots and get to work. We need to stop waiting for and giving out the handouts. Fortunately just about everyone on this site is a hardworking individual.
