Morbark or Vermeer chipper purchase

so I have heard from the guys in the field and now I wanted to get some input from company owners. I am looking at a new chipper purchase and like morbark for their Beafy and simple design. I have had a bc1000 and been happy with it but especially with their service. I am Concerned I won't get the same support from morbark. Has anyone had a morbark and can comment on their service and support. Vermeer has always given me a chipper at no cost while my chipper has been down. 3 times in 16 years.

Morbark has swapped dealers for my area three times in the last three years. But I have continually gone back to the original because their service is great. I do most of my own wrenching but when I get in a pickle I know I can call the service department and they will walk me through the fix (done on multiple occasions). I have tried to get parts from the more local guys but they have tried to sell me much more than needed or can't find the part. So if a morbark rep is listening... Deacon equipment is awsome!!
Our Vermeer dealers here are worse that the Chevy dealers. They suck.
You should at least demo a bandit though. Their drum design on certain size chippers is superior to most. And worth a look!
Good luck!

I've had to call Morbark on multiple occasions and seem to get through pretty quickly, unless I call around lunch time :). Most of their support guys know their stuff too. My issues are always resolved pretty timely.
