Yea I've only bought one bushing hc pulley and the cheek plates been sloppy since day one. At first I made me a little nervous, But they haven't got any more sloppier.I had some really sloppy bushing HCs years ago.
By seeing this im guessing you changed your mind on doing that heist.Rope Wrench- New and unused $90 Gone to Israel
ISC Phlotich Pulley- lightly used and very clean $40 Gone to Israel
Everything else is sold.

Rapides are always tighter and the bearing smoother. I would fly any these days to be honest. Have 2 phlotichs that are bushing. Sloppy cheeks and still run good.Yea I've only bought one bushing hc pulley and the cheek plates been sloppy since day one. Do you or anybody on here know why bearing pulleys side plates are much tighter than bushing pulleys ?Rapides are always tighter and the bearing smoother. I would fly any these days to be honest. Have 2 phlotichs that are bushing. Sloppy cheeks and still run good.

Because I have noticed this with other brands too. My guess is to keep dirt and debris out of the bearings but idk why bushing pulleys aren't just a little tighter.
I don’t quite know how to understand that. I think it’s a good thing?This is why you're the Shaggy/Scooby.
