I tried to find the image online without using your name but no luck, add in Chisolm and there it is on Stihl USA website, with a downloadable version. I suppose that puts it in "the public domain"
Not sure if that craigslist ad is illegal but it sure is unethical, someone should point this out to their potential clients. But at least I'm guessing Aspen doesn't need to be to concerned about that particular competition.
