Maple Tree Fungus

This black fungus has started to show on my maple tree as well as my leaves have a dark brownish yellow circles all over the leaves can some help me identify what this is and possibly guide me towards curing it

The black is sooty mold, most likely from the high sugar sap leaking from the tree. Without a picture of the leaves my best guess of dark spots would be tar spot, pretty common in wet summers. No treatment for either.

Sounds about right, throw in wetwood slime and a bleeding canker.
