Wow!!! I hope they have success!
In January I moved back home to Minneapolis in the middle of the harshest winter in about 20 years. Lots of -20* temps combined with many inches of snow. This lead to wayyyyy bad pot hole season. Anyone who lives above the Snow Belt knows what Pot Hole season is like. I have to wonder how their photo cell panels would survive plows and road salt. Since they live in Idaho they must be familiar with this issue.
There are plenty of road surfaces south of the Snow Belt that could be put to work.
