Oh man those are hard to find right now. I picked up one from my mountaineering store a few years ago. I’m using it on my lanyard now and I have to say it is pretty wonderful. I have a trango Virgo coming this weekend from Amazon where I can try before I buy And I’m interested to see the differences and can keep you updated. I’m also looking forward to switching to 10 mm line for a lanyard.Hello !
I'm looking for a Trango Cinch .
If anyone has great condition one somewhere plz let me know !
I used it on my captainhookclimbing for a couple of years and recently took it off and put it on my lanyard. I just thought that using it in a 3 to 1 on my Captain Hook was a lot of friction and found it easier to just throw on the akimbo and use my leg to traverse.Dear Moss
Yeah, that's I was hoping to use it for. Use Trango Cinch on Captain Hook line.
Do u know if they also work in a short mrs situation suspended.A couple other devices are the Click Up and Edelrid Switch, both tend very easily and release under full body weight.

Wow , I just look at the video of demonstrations it's just same as Trango Chinese with out black levers.A couple other devices are the Click Up and Edelrid Switch, both tend very easily and release under full body weight.

Sweet, I’m gonna have to look into that as wellWow , I just look at the video of demonstrations it's just same as Trango Chinese with out black levers.
Is there one u prefer over the other? They grab just as well and releases a little easier than on single rope.
I think new one called "Click up plus"The Click Up is more robust and cheaper, mine is the original model, there is a newer version. Knot and Rope Supply carries the older version.

Noted, I’ve been looking at the click up and click up plus. Recently purchased the notch glide but not really digging it.Should point out that the Switch’s maximum rope diameter is around 9.5mm.
