Looking for job in MD

Hello to all Tree lovers, squirrel aggravater's and beaver competitors. My name is David, I have just moved back to maryland, and I am looking or a tree service to get involved with. I started working in the industry about a year and a half ago down in Charlotte NC with a company, Heartwood Tree Service (big shout out to my boys down there: "what up GUYS!"). I have been climbing now for about 6 or seven months and am looking to continue that trend. Heartwood instilled in me the desire to do quality and SAFE work, and I hope to work with a company who emulates those values. So far in MD I have seen allot of unsafe and tree butchering work practices and I wish to avoid those kind of companies. Any Ideas? I live right outside of North East DC. Thanks

How do you know Thrive Mike?
You should check Thrive I do a lot of contract climbing for them and they are a good company looking for a couple of crew leaders. They have some very high end clients. I was there last week workin at Dan Snyders house and Ted Leonsis (founder of AOL) property. PM me if your interested and i'll put you in touch with them
 
I know Thrive because their founder and many of their employees are ex Care of Trees Guys. I worked with TCOT prior to the buyout and I know alot of their Dulless office went over to Thrive. I dont personally know the owner but the caliber of employee they have is first rate which speaks alot for a company.
 
I know the owner of Thrive and he's a solid guy with alot of experience. I've also met one of their employees at a seminar and she seemed top notch. They are definetly a good outfit. If things don't work out in Maryland you can always try me in NH. Good luck!
