Looking for a part time climber in Virginia

I'm considering increasing my productivity. I have a small company with excellent reliable equip. Insured to the max(liab, workers comp). Have had about 200 customers this year and could increase with another climber. I am the primary climber and could use the additional help. Some ground work would be included. I have been in buisness for 2 years and have doubled my customer base and $$ in 2006. We do primarily removals with some pruning work. No bucket as of yet. All ANSI standards are followed and I am particular about the safety aspect of the job. I am a full time firefighter and would eventually like to have my crews on the road when i'm at the fire station. This could lead to full time depending on how the buisness fits you and how you fit into the buisness. Mon through Fri. No weekends! My fire department job takes me away from the trees about 10 days a month. It's hard to find reliable, clean, honest workers who treat my stuff as their own. This company is set to grow and I would like to have someone to grow with it. I have put 100% of profit back into the buis for the last 2 years and it has paid off well.
