yep good advice. Those saws are pretty inconsequential - hard to go wrong... Just buy a battery-powered one, or one from the most competent dealer who is closest to you?
Sorry, I misread you and thought 346, I don’t know anything about the 543xp.
Is a ms261 bigger than what you’re looking for?
Like I said, I’d love a rear handle 201 but once it came down to purchase time I’d probably chicken out and get a 261. More saw for around the same cash.
I’m asking for criticism here, but I got 2 ms180 and they’re really a lot of fun and have served me well for a few years now. I really enjoy running those cheap little guys. I used to have a Husky 137 too, was cute, and similar to the Stihl 180. Never let me down. Homeowner saw though and they probably won’t take much abuse. If the tank or handle or something like that cracks, it’s probably a goner.
yep good advice.
i am considering an echo cs400. due to price and japanese build.
im in a new area so i will have to go visit some shops.
Little limbing saw?
Look no further than the CS 2511t.
I would love a tail handle ms200 or ms201 if they make the 201 like that.
I got an old 024 that I really like.
I’ve seen reviews, the 346xp is supposed to be excellent.
It's decent and inexpensiveGood feedback folks. Thanks a bunch.
I will take a look at the ms180 also.
