Update: After his lawyer reviewed our Trade Mark, she advised him to stop using our image. He said that he is doing this on his own. We're still paying a lawyer to send him the Cease and Desist just in case he doesn't follow through. Thanks for all the support, I hope our experience can be a free lesson to someone else out there.
