We have a unique Quarterly Production System:
Crew leaders, meet your Production Goals and take a week off each Quarter plus $1000- that's Four Weeks + Four Grand a year!
Oh yeah, we also offer quarterly gear stipends, $1000 Sign-on bonuses, and commission on Production over your goals
TCC friendly. Take off for comps. We want you to compete and win.
Overtime and Double Time Available.
Health Insurance + Matching Retirement.
Starting Pay for Crew Leaders is $50k per year.
