When it comes to rope and rope splicing tools no one has proven better in my opinion. John Hartenburg and his staff are top notch. I ordered some things and they arrived within two business days and sometimes get to me within the next day after my order. He also is helpful with tool and splicing questions.

Most anything we order is there the next day.

I once again have to sing praises for knot and rope supply. Had an order that I didn't recieve thanks to the fine delivery people or someone who took it off my door step but either way I fought with FedEx and after three weeks they told me to call the supplier and I did and they made it right and got the order right out to me.

John is awesome!!! I've placed numerous orders with him since the symposium, and each one arrives next business day if I get the order in early enough. Plus, John is a great guy to talk splice with. Always has answers to the questions.

We had a situation yesterday where we needed 300 feet of 1/2 inch line ASAP.

I called John at 3:45PM, and the rope is arriving today.

I can't say enough about the personal service you get from Knot and Rope Supply!

Well, this was by far our best show out at TCI Expo! We had a ton of fun seeing all the "regulars" (you know who you are) as well as all the new people in the Knot & Rope family.

Personally I can't thank you all enough for your support, it is what drives us every day to be the best we can be for all of you.
