Actually, the Tampa Bay Rays were the kings of the AL East last year, as much as none of us would like to admit it. And the year before it was the Red Sox. So when you say "again," are you referring to 2006? Because that's the last time that they were 'kings' of the division. And they haven't won anything beyond that in about a decade.
