I love the Makita battery tools. They have a mini leaf blower as well.

That was actually my very first battery saw about five years ago. After that came the bigger version of Dolmar and now for the last three years I'm stuck with the Husqvarna 536LiXP.
It's really nice to see how far the progress got us.

5 meters per second for the 18 volts Makita,
8 meters per second for the 36 volts Dolmar and now 20 meters per second for the Husqy. You bet ya I'm happy with the Husqy topper.

I know an old logger who used to butcher his deer and hogs with a chainsaw. Had a dedicated homelite and used vegetable oil.
