Pork loin chops from our own pig! Thanks to those who served. My dad and father in law both had friends fall in Vietnam so this day means a lot to us.

I don’t have any spectacular food plans, just whatever I end up cooking. Maybe some shrimp or Italian sausage, because I have both in the freezer and they need eating.
I’ll be speaking with a good friend though, who was in special ops in Vietnam and lost many close friends there. He won’t admit it, but I’m sure Memorial Day is hard on him.
