Hydraulics wont work on my bucket

I've had the truck 2 hours or so and I can't get the boom arm controls to engage but the outriggers all work just fine. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It might not recognize the outriggers are down. Check the limit or proximity switches on the outriggers.

Is there controls to operate the boom from the ground? Some machines need to be selected to ground or basket.

Could be a flow valve in the bucket that twist to control the flow or pushed in or out to run auxiliary hydraulics (hydraulic saw or hydraulic pruner)
Or like mentioned before a diverter valve to switch between stabilizers and boom

We got it to work and now we got to the job site and it's now doing the same thing, it switches from outriggers to boom control at the valve switch but it's like the pump isn't engaged

We got it, was loose connection at the pto switchboard, thanks everyone.
