This morning I talked with the fellow who owns the saw shop that I deal with. Jeff was at a Husky meeting yesterday and he told me about some new products.

Apparently these will be in production in the next few months.

They have a rear handle version of the 335 in Japan.
There will be a 334/336/338. Jeff said that the 335 that we know now will be gone when the new saws hit the shelves.
Husky is also building an extendable chain-saw-on-a-stick.

Cool, Tom, that is what I had heard also, but not what the Husky guy said at the ISA show. All he was aware of was that the Cali special would be universally available.

Still a lot of folks pretty pithed off at the 335, and they dont forgive easily. I found patience to be a virtue..and perserverance.. and problem solving.
