I went to look at a treee the other day sorry no pics yet but it is a silver maple about 4 1/2' across at the bottom it had been topped maybe up 20 years ago now the main section are 2-3' across and hollow the thickest holding wood on the whole tree is about 2" the only solid branches are the suckers that sprouted out and I use the word solid very loosely the bottom 20' out of 30' is also filled with brick. At 1st I thought not so bad I can get the crane in but the only access for the crane is over hydro on a VERY steep curve on the road so I don't think he can do it. The property has a big old house with this big oold tree half of which is leaning over the house and a little yard so I can't even drop whole sections. Any advise?
Thanks Kevin
