Now if we can get all this stuff to just stop, it would be even better.

In the real world, unlike the cyber world, one has to be suitably qualified, experienced and trained to be a tutor in their area of expertise.
Same in the church to a certain degree depending on the denomination. Catholics certainly show the heirarchy.
Now, back to this discussion as my beliefs of the spiritual are also seen as inappropriate by some. (you are in my prayers)
In colleges and recognised training facilities you simply are not permitted to teach modules of arb beyong your own qualifications, and you usually have to also take some teaching skills courses so you have the skills to teach people without conflict.
Axeknot's passion for the industry is clear, he is trying to alert people to certain issues he feels are unsafe. Apparently this is one of the most dangerous jobs in the world.
Well, from personal experience and from what other business owners tell me, this industry is rife with quacks, crims, thieves, hacks, drug abusers, drug users, drug manufacturers and drug distributors, perhaps even money laundering, illegal immigration, tax evasion, social security fraud, identity fraud, probation absconders,
inchoate offenses etc.
If censorship and suppression of these facts and people is beneficial to the industry then please advise me so ... especially when they are in a position of influence upon others.
I can relate the suppression and exposure of individuals within this industry to that of the Catholic priest's who molested young boys ... which upon exposure and ensuing witch hunt resulted in it being a global phenonemum. Many were found and prosecuted.
Gasoline71, I see your consistent support for MB at this board simply devaluing your stature. I have read the hallowed walls of The Tree House and find consistent gibberish and idle innuendo of many matters not pertaining to the professionalism and progression of arboriculture. Reading into your posts going back some time it appears you are no expert in any field let alone that of skill and character assessments of individuals.
Thank you all for reading my post, and Mr Axeknot you may find that an alternative approach with the same result may be executed if a little more time and thought were put into a post. This one took me perhaps 10 minutes, if you feel you require assistance I am most willing to help.
In fact I extend that offer to you all, sincerely. Gary.
