Hi-RANGER 5fc-55 cable problems

I have a 2002 Freightliner with the hi-ranger 5fc-55 boom. I have a frozen pulley at the knuckle. It's the pulley the hold back cable goes around. My question is does anyone know how to loosen the cable to take the pulley out. Also the basket is not leveling, was wondering if anyone knows how to do that also. I do know there is your place in Syracuse NY that works on these, does anyone know if anyone else does in NY. I posted a few pictures,
1 of the type of truck it is, one of the frozen pulley, one of the lift cable and leveling cables around knuckle, one of what I believe are the adjustments at the basket, one of adjustment in lower boom, which I think is for the hold back cable, and one to show the angle the basket is at. Basically when boom is all the way up, the basket is tipped down as far as it can go. You can see that one of the leveling cables look to be wore on the outside of the cable, I don't understand how that can happen on the outside, since they barely move, would think the side that moves along the knuckle would be wore. I did call Terex and got a very high quote to change the cables. Might end up doing the 3 leveling cables. I posted on arboristsite also so not sure if same people are on there. I do have a link also of a video I took of the sound the boom makes.. Most people that have seen it think its that frozen pulley. Any help would be appreciated. Just bought the truck in the fall and the owner said nothing was wrong with it. Truck is mint otherwise.

Well I had a very rust pin and bushing. I bought new pin and bushing. Sheave is in good shape still.. So I put that all back together but now my problem is the tension on the holdback cable. The manual says I need a Pacific Scientific Tensiometer T5-8203-108-00. They are $700.00 new. Does anyone have one they want to sell or know where I can get one cheaper. Need to go on 3/8 cable. Says tension must be 450lbs, +75 lbs. I think I am going to call that east coast aerial, just looked them up.. Are they reasonable?

Dude, I would just take that thing to certified aerial lift specialist and have them do it. There are certain things you should not do yourself. This is one of them. So isn't removing your appendix;)

The best way to learn is do it yourself. It's best to know how these things work. I already understand the whole system. Just lacking the meter. The hold back is only there to stop the platform from a backward roll, which on this boom it can't go all the way around. In my pictures, when boom is all the way up, that is the furthest the platform will go. The platform is mounted to the boom tip, so the cables are just there for the leveling. I work on all my own stuff and save a ton of money doing so. Anything can be done if you take your time to learn and study diagrams. If your not mechanical incline then take it somewhere. But for myself, if something breaks on my bucket, I am not going to take it 10hrs away to get fixed every time. If you learned to climb, you can learn to work on your equipment. I like to know how stuff works, if I am running the piece of equipment. Now I am going to have a guy come up and do a inspection on everything.
