Women in our area have been working with us for about 3 years and because we use our crane for 90% of our removals, they get lots of experience doing this. We have had 3 women climbers over the past 3 years. 1 has gone back to work with her husband, 1 is doing other things, 1 has gone to work for hydro. Always welcome anyone wanting to give this industry a try!
