Help w/ training

I"m trying to implement a training program (safety and knowledge not muscles) for approx 3 crews of only 4 to 7 month experienced workers. I have taught them as much as I can on the fly and am continually doing research online and with literature to help them. I want to gear their training towards certification type knowledge. However I am a climber surrounded by bucket trucks and I am limited by climbing knowledge. (the first time I flew a bucket was here). Where can I find ready made training for this application.

The ISA has tons of training material available for almost any topic that you might choose. This seems sort of obvious to me, so maybe I am missing something in the question.

What cert. are you wanting them to get? Treeworker or Arborist?

If they want to take the Arborist test, then they should be reading...Alex Shigo, Mattheny & Clark, etc. and attending educational seminars when possible. They probably have enough familiarity with climbing already (if they pay attention), it is a very small part of the test. IMHO certification is a commitment to education, if they are not interested in doing the reading on their own time, then they probably shouldn't become arborists. You can be a good treeworker, and be safe, without being certified.
