Thanks for the welcome and I'd really like to try the treemotion but get scared of all the stuff going on. I learned super old school and it's hard to look at these newfangled saddles as necessary equipment.

I've found the internets to be a great tool for upping your game, channa. Just seeing how other people do different trees all over the world really gets the marbles rolling 'round my head as to how I can apply their methods to my work. If it weren't for online forums I think I'd be a really crappy climber, instead of a kinda crappy one.

Well, I do cut trees for a living... You guys can pretty much disregard the "master" portion of my name. Took that name on years back and it kinda stuck. Blakes or blakey works fine, not so fond of BM though.
 
B.M. i like that for you. finally moved over from that other site eh? you and ropensaddle? How'd you hear 'bout us? And if you reversed the initals M.B. it can stand for many other things line Master Bate..... might get trouble for that...

Don't knock jersey til you've seen it through the eyes of someone from jersey. Huff some spray paint (not brake cleaner, that's for the yuppies up in Jackson) and enjoy the sites!
 
Thanks for the warm welcomes, guys! I picked up on this site's existence over at the other one and decided to check it out. Some of you I know, and some of you I'm just meeting seem like good guys. You all appear to be fiercely supporting your hometown, I like that. Lancaster, PA all the way, baby!
