harry kalis passed away

Phillies fan or not I can almost guarentee you've heard his voice either through a baseball game or while watching any NFL films broadcast.

The voice of the phillies is no more. Everyone raise a glass for Harry the K. You'll be missed man

at least he went out when the phils were world champs.

Amen, brother! And he was in the booth, getting ready to do what he loved. We should all be so lucky! Dude was the Phil's announcer since 1971... 38 years! WOW! He will be missed, but never forgotten!

Ive been seein specials about him all night. No lie it chokes me up a bit. I've followed the Phills since I was a kid, heard just about every game announced by him. I just don't know what it's going to be like without him in the booth

I was at the gym tonight and they replayed harrys last game that he announced. It was quite as a mouse in there.

He will be missed

I can't stand the Phillies, and have a general distaste for anything related to Philadelphia, the movie, or the city.....

But Harry is one guy who could get me excited to watch baseball...and that's saying something considering my severe ADHD.

I raise my frosty cold soda to his memory.

the feeling in the entire del val area is mellancollic to say the least. I shed a tear today when I heard "high hopes" sang by harry this past year after the Phills made it to the playoffs.

My brother is taking it worse then I am. We grew up listening to harry. We used to mimmic him when we hit the wiffle ball over the fence... To me a family member has passed. My little bro is drinking it off, if it rains tomorrow then ill join him

My behavior may seem a bit over the top but if you are a phillies fan your probably going through the same thing me and my little bro are.

We watched a VHS of the 93 phillies season narrated by harry today. He played 60 mins to it. I laughed as he fell over. Harry would be proud
