I am currently using a Tree Austria 3.2, I believe it was about 375 from treestuff. I climb SRT mostly and so far I really like this harness, it's extremely comfortable, very well built and the AustriaAlpine buckles are very nice too.

Probably the best bang for the buck out there. Lot's of nice features for $300. Personally I'm on a new tribe and love it but a saddle is a very personal thing. Try as many on as possible before you buy and if you find a $400 saddle you love, don't hesitate to buy it. You're gonna spend a whole lot of time in it and $100 is a nothing on a piece of gear you're gonna spend 20+ hrs a week in for a few years.
