Interesting response? Anyone can take pictures of me at work anytime they like...wouldn't worry me in the least. Also I'm pretty sure that this kind of photography is not illegal in any state. (Photo taken from a public road of adults at work)

What I want to do is.........
..take pics of other tree companies, doing stupid stuff, not wearing PPE, no cones in the street, using their feet to feed the chipper ..................
..call that company and ask about their safety program, and if they follow safety standards...........
..have them come out to a friends house to do an estimate, with proof of insurance...........
That's where the pictures go, to the insurance company, along with copies of ANSI standards highlighted........

While a certain amount of concern of other companies doing questionable business is valid, to a point, be careful.
I had to assume it was jealousy, but one character here tried to interfere by posting a note on a brush pile for the city crew to find - it was my generated pile (we left it to return with the chipper, which was busy elsewhere). Unfortuneately for this character, the city crew knows me well and immediately found the note signed by "me" and denegrating to their effort, knew immediately I didn't and wouldn't write such a triad. Even without my input, the note went immediately to the city police who reacted with a charge of and arrest warrant for forgery. He WAS arrested.
Turns out a new start-up outfit w/ hard times finding work, thought I was pruning professionally and left the hauling to the taxpayers. I didn't press charges but left this fellow with the impression that NO ONE messes with my work...am familar with his work and wouldn't hire him to rake leaves in the Fall, let alone go near trees.

I would never get a friend involved where the potential for repercussions are so high.
