Small tree care company in Stamford requires ground staff.
Qualifications:
must be able to work outdoors under various and sometimes adverse conditions
must be able to hear and understand verbal instructions from a distance
clean and valid drivers license a plus
Responsibilities:
use ropes and lines to assist with rigging
work on the ground using handsaws and pole saws
carry branches and logs
feed brush and branches into a chipper
safeguard workers and public from hazards in and around the work area
help enforce job safety
perform related work as assigned
Remuneration:$15-$20 per hour depending on experience and efficiency.
