Grape vines

Anyone with experience here. I think they have black rot???? I wasnt sure whether a fungicide treatment similar to trees in the spring was appropriate.

No pictures but last year the grapes looked fine and were almost the right size and then just dried up. I think there are a dozen plants. I just bought the house last year but I know they did the same the year before.
