Got Helmet Cam

Hey guys I recently purchased the Drift HD helmet cam. I have some jobs coming up that I plan on using it for.

Now I would like to place it on top of my helmet. I know that you want to face it or tilt it down a little. Any rule of thumbs for this? I suppose this can go with any helmet cam.
