Google “TreeBuzz”

I have never learned how to use the search bar on this website… I used to just google “misc discussion topic… TreeBuzz” and whatever I was looking for would always pop up. The past few years… nothing. Did this happen to anyone else? Did something happen?

Same here, nothing with google but yes with yahoo. No idea why. Also any arb related question on google will give arboristsite/arbtalk/treehouse pages but zero treebuzz forum hits. Using google search on chrome or safari on phone…

Google continually changes their algorithm trying to improve search results...and running away from "paid results" (unless that pay is to them) so the search turns up actually relevant results rather than whoever is paying the most for SEO (search engine optimization). Therefore, if a website was optimized to an older algorithm it would be less likely to get results today. Kinda a Catch-22. Gotta pay for more and more SEO because Google is trying to work around paid SEO.

Not sure if that's what's happening here or not, but is at least a plausible explanation why Google isn't finding results.

That’s exactly what happened to me. The other websites and a list of potential forum threads pop up for them, zero TreeBuzz though. It was also all at once. Weird..

The same way it shows those results for Reddit, with the list of threads beneath, from Reddit, it used to do the exact same for TreeBuzz. Now, nothing…
