Good Books About Splicing

Hello out there... I know someone on this web site must know a good reference book on how to splice rope. I'm hoping that I can find something that has details about more complex rope like 24 strands as well. If there's not a book like that out there, one of you guys should get on that and make some money!

Thanks,
Andrew

The first book that Leon suggested would also be recommendation for someone starting to splice. Good illustrations and good directions and it's not an expensive book.

Of course, you can get all the direction for free from good manufacturers.

Another decent beginners book is "The Splicing Handbook" from Barbara Merry with John Darwin. The illustrations are pretty good and it has a great section on rope constructions and characteristics.

Sweet! Thanks All. Your links should keep me busy for a while. I didn't know the rope companies were so generous with the info.
