Nothing against the American average person, but those same power people are not only screwing the average American but treating Canada the same as the countries in South America. Softwood lumber, wheat, NAFTA, mad cow, oil. Short term greed for a few prospective royalty so their grandkids can blow it on crack. The dream is still alive.
 
The amazing thing is that this is news to many. Funniest thing about pensions, the money is invested in stocks where the pension fund managers then, as shareholders, push companies to improve the shareholder value. How do they do this? Right sizing, re-engineering, streamlining, downsizing, in a word, layoffs.

Vicious circle?
