Gecko Carbon Fiber

Any feedback on the Gecko CF's? Are they worth the $? What about earlier problems with the padding's velcro slipping- is that still an aftermarket fix?

I could ware them all day with no pain. They were worth the cash to me. jm2c

Compared to Kleins, which do you prefer? I like the original Geckos and Kleins w/a super pad.
