FTC Freexion

Anybody run one of these? I’ve played with the apex a bit but the compactness is pretty attractive with this.

I really like the FTC, switched to it this year after being on the Rope Wrench since 2011. It has some subtle advantages that are useful. I prefer it with the Camp Sphinx pulley and the FTC Rise-up spacer instead of a 3 hole pulley. The shape and contour of the device makes it into an excellent knot pusher if you change over to MRS from SRS. I use a CMI california swivel for both MRS and SRS with this device.

The catalyst is pretty sweet, but variety is the spice of life.

Good to hear, I was just curious since the paperwork lists specifically the catalyst but was rather grey about other hitches being used. Pulled the trigger on it today, I prefer my hitch based systems in the winter/snow. Thanks for the feedback
