In a narrow cavity about 10' up....Can anyone ID this?

The photo lacks the key macro characters for ID as described in:
http://www.mushroomexpert.com/bondarzewia_berkeleyi.html
But I would first rule out Bondarzewia, B. berkeleyi in the East, B. montana in the west.
As for micro characters, ten seconds under the microscope can confirm or reject that ID.
