FOREST CITY, Iowa - Authorities say a Forest City man has been killed after he was pinned beneath a tree he was cutting down.
The Winnebago County sheriff's office says 76-year-old Tex Borg died Saturday afternoon while he was taking down the tree with his son.
Authorities say the accident happened about 2 1/2 miles east of Forest City.
