I'm lucky enough to have a nice stove/range, Vent-a-hood, and other appliances for one of my hobbies.

Yes, a lot of noodles. However, it's only few eggs & flour. Pretty cheap hobby.Wow, that’s a lot of noodles! Looks like a lot of work, but worth it. Hopefully they’re all as good as they look.
I’ll second the dream kitchen compliment, it looks quite nice, especially that stove. Looks like what I want to upgrade to if/when I finally decide to spend the money.
Excellent !I was feeling energetic again yesterday, so I smoked another beef rump roast. Smoked four hours over mesquite at 250-275 degrees to an internal temperature of 135, rested half an hour, and then seared on a very hot grill before being carved and served.

It was great. I just went for a round of leftovers for lunch. And a smoker is not required, as long as you don’t mind a little work - I just use a classic old school style Weber kettle grill. That looks amazing! I need to buy a smoker.
That looks delicious! I’ve never tried any of that, but it sure looks tempting sitting there!Bao filled with pickled carrots and daikon, and fried duck View attachment 72840

Haven't found one yet. They all seem just a little "off." I eat Lactaid brand ice cream, but it is not dairy free. Suits me and my lactose intolerance. The idea is great, but the reality not so much. Anyone know a dairy free “ice cream” that actually eats like ice cream?
That’s been my experience too. I will have to try that one, but my one experience with Lactaid milk didn’t go so well. I want to try it again though, I’m not sure if my issues with it was the dairy, or if it was residual effects from the dairy I had been consuming (I only tried Lactaid once, when I was figuring out what was making me ill).Haven't found one yet.
