Wow, that’s a lot of noodles! Looks like a lot of work, but worth it. Hopefully they’re all as good as they look.

I’ll second the dream kitchen compliment, it looks quite nice, especially that stove. Looks like what I want to upgrade to if/when I finally decide to spend the money.
Yes, a lot of noodles. However, it's only few eggs & flour. Pretty cheap hobby.

I was feeling energetic again yesterday, so I smoked another beef rump roast. Smoked four hours over mesquite at 250-275 degrees to an internal temperature of 135, rested half an hour, and then seared on a very hot grill before being carved and served.

Wow perfect
Looks GREAT

3/4 cup milk & 3/4 cup water instead of 1.5 c water plus milk powder, 3 instead of 6tbsp sugar. Otherwise identical

The idea is great, but the reality not so much. Anyone know a dairy free “ice cream” that actually eats like ice cream?

Haven't found one yet. They all seem just a little "off." I eat Lactaid brand ice cream, but it is not dairy free. Suits me and my lactose intolerance.

That’s been my experience too. I will have to try that one, but my one experience with Lactaid milk didn’t go so well. I want to try it again though, I’m not sure if my issues with it was the dairy, or if it was residual effects from the dairy I had been consuming (I only tried Lactaid once, when I was figuring out what was making me ill).
