Crawfish tails – Louisiana (do not use Asian; I have never found good ones !)
Scallion white ends – discs
Garlic – minced
Ginger - minced
Butter – Lots !
Black pepper
Crushed red pepper flakes
Heavy whipping cream
Angel hair pasta – or other
Scallion green ends – discs for garnish
Parmesan – fine crumble to finish
