Fighting Eagles Near my Home

I have seen some younger bald eagles around my home for a while lately. The local newspaper captured a younger eagle fighting with 2 mature bald eagles over a Canada goose. They have a really nice slide show of the event. The location was at Union Reservoir, 2 miles from my home.

Fighting Eagles. Literally.

That was awesome! I had the special opportunity to see several bald eagles while doing some work in Arkansas last year. Once a pair of them cirlced really low right over my bucket truck, I extended all the way up and they were probably 100 feet or so directly above me. On another occasion there I got to watch one catching trout. God's majestic wildlife never ceases o amaze me!
