Northeast Tree Care & Landscaping located in the heart of the 5 College area of Western MA is growing!
We are looking to add a working foreman/ field supervisor to oversee, work with and train crews as we grow. The candidate will also head up and manage our safety procedures. The ideal person should possess a commercial drivers license class b or greater and have or have the ability to maintain a MA hoisters engineers license, ISA or MCA, as well as CPR/ first aid, EHAP and OSHA 10 within 30 days. Minimum five years experience with all aspects of tree care and a proven leadership track record are mandatory.
Compensation for the right individual would be in the range of $75,000- year plus benefits including a company truck, paid time off, uniforms, gear stipend, 401k, bonuses, etc.
