Climbing Arborist transitioning to foreman to work with crew of other Certified Arborist and BCMA Climbers. Ability to climb and operate Buckets and perform the best quality of work to ANSI A300 and Z133 standards.
We are a small tight knit company and have a fun positive environment where everyone wants to come to work and enjoy life outside work. We don't work out of town and only 1-2 weekends a year for storm or commercial work. We've been in business since 2008 and have never laid off anyone for lack of work.

We are based in Northwest Arkansas in the Fayetteville area. 2 hours away from both the Ozark and Ouachita mountians and Buffalo national river. World class rock climbing here as well. We are a pruning based company. Company paid training and climbing competition trips. Gear allowance and profit sharing plan. Paid vacation and holidays. Guaranteed hours year round. Relocation package available to qualified people with verifiable ability/experience.
We are the best equipped company in the area. 60ft and 75ft rear mount buckets, 15 and 18" chippers, mini skid, 2 log trucks, stump grinder, PHC truck and more.
Working on options of health insurance and matching retirement plan.Valid drivers license and CDL or ability to obtain CDL required. Drug test and DOT physical required. ISA Certified Arborist credential expected.
Pay $18.00- $30.00/hr plus benefits depending on experience, ability, and credentials.
