Okay, I've been posting here for a long time and I don't know how use the "Favorite Topic" thingy.

I'm the type that if it doesn't work quickly, or I can't figure it out quickly, I move on. So, I'm now curious again and would like to know.

Yeah, I get nothing when I put the arrow over the icons. I try clicking, but I get nothing.
