@Miles Mencer; It might be that everybody that wants a job already has one, but it might not hurt your chances if you added a bit more detail about how you operate, and the kind of "vibe" you have in your organization. Any additional details that help to give a prospective employee a feel for what they might be getting themselves into.

It is also possible that because you included your phone number, your phone is already ringing off the hook, and the possible climbers are bypassing this thread entirely and calling you direct. I hope that is the case.
