Well... several factors...my parents have put the family house out side of Boston up for sale and have had a couple of offers all ready...I ran a seasonal tree and landscape buisness out of there for years so...gotta move my gear etc out of there. I also have a few friends getting married this fall and the tree buisness is a little slow on the Big Island.
