Job Functions:
Meets with potential customers at job location and evaluates work needed for desired project
Offers advice/recommendations to customers in regard to best plan of action on project
Prepares estimates for project
Documents all correspondence with potential and active customers
Partners with management and crews to schedule and complete jobs
Assists in cross training of other team members
Maintains company vehicle and equipment
Follows up on estimates, change orders and resolving issues as needed
Some data entry using computer and/or tablet
Ideal Candidates will have:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in tree care
Excellent knowledge of tree species, diagnosis and tree assessment
Self-motivation
Strong customer service skills
Strong communication skills (oral, written, and listening)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to act as a role model by adhering to high standards of behavior, trustworthiness and safety
Ability to pass a background check including drug screening
