I know I may be late to the game here but have owned a RE Enforcer for a couple of years and have just came across this notice. I guess that is why you register your product with them!!
Also I tried the link on their website to start the process of sending mine back but the link was broken. I will be calling them after the holiday!! Just thought I would share in case someone else was unaware of this.
