Hi there..

I am experienced climber from Scotland looking for work somewhere HOT! ...I am looking to work with safe climbers ...i have had enough with guys that want to knock 1 minute of there tree climbing time...( IT IS THE WAY ACCIDENTS HAPPEN !! )...i have seen a lot of accidents form guys that act all macho up trees

Well i am young and fit qaulified climber ..experienced in lowering , felling , well all aspects of tree work .
i have a college diploma in arboroculture, first aid certified , and nptc certificates, i have worked in many countries and know diffrent ways people work. refrences available!!

I am looking to work anywhere in the world as long as it does not snow or rain all year round. :

i can achieve a lot of work in 1 day...but i am very much into working to proffesional standard now.

i went to college at clinterty in aberdeenshire , scotland

i done the 1 yr course ...i have all my relevent nptcs

but i have a heck of a lot of good experience..for the time i have being doing tree work ..i am real good climber.
 
Thanks for the info. I started a similar way to you and found that the diploma was a great mixture of practical and book learning combined with the NPTC's and your experience it should stand you on good ground for applying for jobs overseas. Have you thought about working in NZ. When I was looking for place to work while I was still living in the UK, I know that NZ were offering some great offers. I had a few friend go out to work and have not come back. That was about 8 years ago. They had some deal about if you were under 26 and worked in a landbased industry you could get a visa. Someone told me that alot of the NZ leave for the cities for high tech jobs or goto Australia for work. Leaving a lack in trained landbased workforce. Hope this helps and good luck.
