But who's to say that the elephant didn't have it coming to him/her? Those creatures are probably capable of great evil, what with the large brains and stuff.

ps. although I kid, animal cruelty is not a funny joke. It's some real messed up sh*t. Michael Vick should get his head knocked off if he steps onto an NFL field again.
