Echo 2510 tes

Dang that saw is small. It's nice to see the saw is equipped with a 3/8 chain that I can sharpen with a regular 4mm file. On the other hand... That Stihl bar and chain rock big time.

I checked echo canada and can't find any reference to a 2510 tes. Is that a new model or a 271?

Also I have a 360T and a 355t and they are not the same saw the 355t is a much better saw.

I'm confused.

Update.
I'm in love! Too bad my wife doesn't allow me to take it to bed.
Every time I have to pull twice to start it, it's my own fault. Forgetting to flick the switch is easy when you have worked with a battery powered saw for many years.

Hey great to be on Tee Buzz guys this is my first post. I own The 271 t and 355 T. Muffler modded, removed limiter caps off carbs ands tuned both. They are very nice saws. Very much interested in this new 2510 I hope its available to the States soon. Please tell me They don't make it to where I need a dealer issued tool for the carb I won't buy anything like that.

I bought mine at a local dealer. I asked him if he could order the tools to tune the saw. He could and he did. Now I have a complete set of strange slotted screwdrivers.
I own my own saws and have the weirdest thoughts in my head. One of them is... I want to be able to do my own adjustments.

Hey, Christopher! Welcome to the TreeBuzz forum! I stole the honor of giving you your first "Like".

If you've been lurking here for awhile, you probably know how the site works pretty much, already. Just in case you haven't, you should know that there are all kinds of older conversational threads available that cover just about any topic you might have an interest in. Just tap on the "Search" button and type in any search term, and you'll get a list of old posts that contain the search term that you entered.

Another way to find stuff you haven't read yet is to go to the profile pages of forum members that you think have interesting things to say, and scroll through a long list of posts that they've made in the past.

I think it's possible to go all the way back to the beginning of each person's postings. It is an amazing resource to have available to us all.

Please enjoy your time here on this forum, and I look forward to reading more of what you have to say.

Tim

P.S. I own the CS-330T, I think it's called, which has had no modding done to it, and I like it just fine. I also had the chance to use the 271T for a little while. It is an amazingly powerful little tool.
